Wilson Thomas retires, clocking out for one last time

SANDAKAN: The Sandakan Municipal Council (MPS) has expressed its deepest appreciation and gratitude to Wilson Thomas, Deputy President I, who officially retired after a distinguished career.
In a symbolic moment at Wisma Perbandaran MPS on Thursday, Wilson Thomas performed his final clock-out—marking the end of a dedicated journey steering and advancing the organisation.
Throughout his tenure, Wilson Thomas played a pivotal role in strengthening governance, enhancing service delivery, and driving the development of Sandakan town.
“Wilson’s contributions and leadership will remain etched in the organisation’s history. His efforts, ideas, and sacrifices have left a lasting impact on both MPS and the local community,” a MPS representative said.
