TUARAN: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor expressed his appreciation to all Sabahans for supporting the State Government’s efforts to develop Sabah in a planned, inclusive, and sustainable manner.
He stressed that political and administrative stability is a crucial prerequisite to ensure that every policy and development initiative can be implemented effectively for the benefit of the people.
He said this at the thanksgiving ceremony at Dewan Seri Sulaman, where his wife, Datin Seri Juliah Salag, was also present.
Hajiji hosted the event to thank the party and administrative machinery who have continued to stand firmly in support of his leadership and the State Government in pursuing the state’s development agenda.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to further strengthening state governance and ensuring that the development agenda under the Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) 2.0 Roadmap is implemented in a more focused, comprehensive, and people-centric manner.
The guests were entertained by local artistes as well as guest artistes from Kuala Lumpur, making the programme a platform to further strengthen ties between leaders and the people.
Among the artistes who performed were Rozaimie, Marleynnie, Ray Kimara, MJ Abadey, Misha Omar, and Datuk Jamal Abdillah. – Wu Vuide
