Duchess of Kent Hospital seeks public’s help to find family of female patient

SANDAKAN: Duchess of Kent Hospital (HDOK) is appealing to the public for assistance in locating the family or next-of-kin of a female patient warded in the hospital’s Female Medical Ward since July 18.
The patient, identified as 61-year-old Mis’aini Masawi, is believed to have been wandering in the Sibuga area before she was found and brought to HDOK’s Emergency Department for medical attention.
However, since her admission, no family members or relatives have come forward to visit or claim her. The last recorded address for the patient is at Sungai Anib, Jalan Sim-sim, 90000 Sandakan.
Hospital authorities are urgently appealing to anyone who recognises the patient or has any information about her family to come forward.
