活动预定于2019年11月16 - 17 日，有兴趣参与的公众现已开放报名，并可在Kota Kinabalu, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion福特中心登记注册
2019年10月4日，马来西亚，吉隆坡——马来西亚福特特许经销商Sime Darby Auto ConneXion（SDAC），今日宣布在来临的11月，将首次把福特安全驾驶体验营（DSFL）计划带到沙巴进行。
DSFL是一个免费进行的工作坊，目的是教导驾车人士，在标准驾训课程以外，实际上路更重要的必要技巧。活动是由经专业训练的指导员带领，进行结合了课堂理论教学及实际操作的工作坊，这为期半天分为两个环节的工作坊，课堂理论教学将会在Kota Kinabalu的福特展示厅进行，而实际操作的驾驶课程将会在Likas体育馆进行。
活动开放给任何持有驾照的马来西亚公民参加，每个半天的项目都能够容纳30人参与，活动也将会准备福特Ranger车款，教导驾驶人士当开着皮卡车时的安全驾驶训练。
